One of the best parts of my year is going to Big Bear Lake, California with my family and friends. During the summer we water ski, go tubing, swim in the lake, and play on the dock and beach. During the winter we ski, sled, and have snowball fights. One of my other favorite parts of our Big Bear adventures is monitoring Bald Eagle activity. (There is a preserve in the area.) During the spring, we are always excited to watch them nest. In the summer, we watch them soar over the lake.
